Recently I asked Alex to service my car and put everything right to make my car a safe one to drive. The company I used previously, never explained what was needed and serviced my car with a lot of if and buts. Two days later, warning lights appeared on my dashboard. I phoned the garage about this, and the engineer told me I need to go to a Mercedes dealer, as they do not have the computer equipment to cope with specialist cars. When I told Alex that I wanted a safe car to drive, with no if or buts, he took these words to heart and carried out a thorough investigation.
Alex quickly got to work on the car. About 5 hours later, he advised the car needed new brake discs, new engine oil, new filters, new handbrake cable and a number of other issues, which were important to make my car safe and efficient. He showed me all the parts he replaced and was concerned that the car filters had never been changed. A car can be a dangerous machine and it is important for owners to keep it safe to protect themselves as well as others. I just wanted to go on record with my sincere thanks for your speed and quality of service in my hour of need. My car had been making some horrific noises so I thought I’d give you a call and see what could be done.
The car was booked in at my earliest convenience, first thing next day and you called me within an hour me of me dropping the car off to explain what had gone wrong, what needed to be done and how much it would cost.
The work was carried out and I picked the car up the same day with a full detailed explanation that I was in fact an idiot who had completely worn down his brake pads!

I live most of my working life on the roads covering around 1200 miles a week sometimes I can be in my car for more than 7 hours at a time, so my car needs to be reliable and comfortable. I have also taken an extended driving test and other further driver training, so it is imperative that my car needs to be safe and road worthy.
